Mindstorms NXT

Mindstorms NXT

With LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education students can build robots and use software to plan, test and modify sequences of instructions from a variety of real life robotic behaviours. They gather and analyse data from sensors using data logging functionalities such as graph view. Robotics is an exciting way to bring science, technology, engineering and mathematics to a children.  *Our Minstorms classes will be starting very soon.  We will inform you via our mailing list/facebook page of Mindstorms workshops.  We will also be adding junior Mindstorms classes for 8-10yrs in the future.

A day in the Workshop...

Workshops are one off themed days that we run on Saturdays/Sundays in various locations.  Your children will have tonnes of fun exploring mechanics, engineering and much more through the use of LEGO Education.

Children must be at least 10 years of age for a Minstorms Workshop

Times for workshops will vary depending on the location.

Mindstorms (Senior Robotics) Workshops last for 2hrs.

Parents are not required to stay for the duration of the class.

Children work in teams of 2 on each project. This helps to promote their communication skills, teamwork, sharing etc.
